at the age of nine when he started working in the family
business. Applying the knowledge and skills he acquired through years of experience, Raymond has created
his own superior brand of sausage and jerky products. Raymond and his wife, Nina-Marie, opened Ray's Own
Brand for business in February 2003, offering premium beef jerky, sausage, and other fine meats.
Raymond Cattaneo truly enjoys executing the art of handcrafting our products to an unequaled level of excellence. Combining rich experience with selected ingredients, Ray's Own Brand exceeds the expectations of even the most discriminating consumer.
Raymond meticulously oversees individual batch processing of the finest ingredients, and utilizes hand-packaging methods that maximize product freshness. Raymond's wife, Nina-Marie, directs all business operations. From marketing initiatives to inventory management, Nina-Marie performs multiple tasks, and offers exceptional customer service. She is truly a Renaissance woman.
Consumers can now purchase the wonderful products that Raymond serves at his barbeque service - a business, which has been operated for over 36 years.
