All event preparations are made on location and are managed by Raymond and his crew. Once the fire reaches optimal cooking temperature, Raymond begins preparing the entree while appetizers, including Rays Own Brand sausage, sweet breads, and garlic bread are served. Raymond Cattaneo BBQ service offers a wide variety of entrees including New York steak, rib eye, pork loin, boneless chicken breast, and salmon. Our meats are prepared to unparalleled excellence. A walk through the buffet line provides guests with all the accompanying side dishes including fruit and green salads, chili, and San Luis Sourdough bread. At the end of the line guests can sample cooked meat, regardless of the individual's meal selection. Raymond personally greets all guesta at the end of the line, and serves the entree of their choice.
