Sausage Cooking Instructions


For all suggested sausage cooking methods, cook thawed links until center is no longer pink and the internal temperature has achieved 170° F.

How to grill sausages?

GRILL: Place sausage links on rack 7 to 9 inches above medium flame. Cook thoroughly, turning links often, 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.

How to broil sausages?

BROIL: Place sausage links on broiler rack 7 to 9 inches below heating element. Broil until golden brown, about 10-12 minutes each side.

How to pan fry sausages?

PAN FRY: Place 3 Tbsp. water and sausage links in medium-hot pan. Cover, heat for 10-12 minutes. Remove cover, cook 15-17 minutes longer, until browned.

How to store and freeze sausages?


USE PROMPTLY AFTER PURCHASE. Storage: For best quality, refrigerate and prepare sausages within 3 days; otherwise store in freezer up to 90 days. Previously handled frozen for your protection. REFREEZE OR REFRIGERATE SAUSAGES IMMEDIATELY AFTER PURCHASE.
