I just wanted to tell you what a wonderful surprise your Hickory beef jerky was! I was in Von's yesterday and saw the
display and thought I would try it. I had heard so much about your products. Your jerky reminds me of the jerky we used
to get when I was a child. And it is not very spicy! I cannot eat food that is too spicy. I will definitely buy it again!

I would just like to say that this is the best beef jerky I have ever tasted in my life. My landlord lives in California,
and he sent us some of your fine jerky as a Christmas present, and I haven't been able to stop eating it since!!

Hi Ray,
The Ray's Own Brand was definitely a hit at my house over Thanksgiving weekend. I cooked up two packages for breakfast one
morning, and all except a couple of small bites were eaten for that meal. They were eaten later.. Of course I was feeding
four starving men and me. It's thrilling to me to be able to eat sausage again, because a few years ago I became sensitive
to Sodium Nitrite. When eaten, I would almost immediately get an intense migraine. I am happy to report no headache with
Ray's Own Brand.

Thanks for keeping me informed. Hope things are doing well. We recieved a letter stating that Albertson's is going to be carrying
your beef jerky? Will you still be accepting orders through the mail? Sometimes trying to get things at the store is a crapshoot.
When we order through you, we can count on the Jerky being here on time, and we can get our fix!! Some of our friends that we've
sent your way, also feel the same way. Sooo, hopefully we can still do the mail order thang. Thanks again for your great hospitality

Each year the Agricultural Leadership Alumni develops a dynamic program to educate Washington DC
agency staffers about California and its agricultural concerns. The event is a unique opportunity to communicate face-to-face

Hi Nina and Ray,
I want you to know how much I enjoyed the Salchicha Caballero. It’s superb! In the winter months I cook
my steaks and sausage on a range top Calphalon grill pan. Your sausage gives off very little smoke when cooked. Must be a lower
fat content than other brands that smoke up a storm. Thanks for the really tasty product!

Just a short note to let you know how much my family and I enjoy your sausage.
The fact that it is now available at Foods 4 Less in Atascadero (where I do most of my grocery shopping), means that I no longer
have to make two stops (either at Spencer's or Albertson's.)
My favorite is the Pork Apple Honey (it's not just for breakfast anymore!) My grandsons like the Hot Italian and the Caballero.
The Linguica tastes just like the "old country". We served it at Cruise Night in August in Atascadero.

My parents and I had the smoke cowboy sausage this morning for breakfast and I couldn't wait to tell you both how delicious it was.
It was so lean, full of flavor and not too hot. We can't wait to try the Swiss I bought also. The jerky was tender and delicious also.

On recommendation from a friend our family recently, and happily, discovered Rays Own Brand sausages. Soon after, I told our friend
that the sausages are everything she said and more! What a wonderful, delicious product you have with Rays Own Brand!
Words cannot describe our delight at finding a truly 'sausage' Sausage, if that makes sense. They cook up just beautifully, scrumptious
color with a perfect blending of spices. The best part, of course, is biting in. Other brands might taste good but the flavor seems to
come mostly from fat and salt. In our opinion Rays Own Brand has a lot of meat and the flavor is from spice and seasonings, it does not
taste overly salted. Rays Own Brand hit our mark of a true sausage in two ways other ways. That little resistant pop of the skin when
you bite in and great texture (instead of everything just ground to meal).
They get rave remarks when served to company and we look forward to trying all the styles you make. Thanks for an excellent product!

I was just recently in Iraq serving in the military. My Grandpa Dick Ruiz set up an account with Ray to have jerky
