- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 lb. Ray’s Own Brand Pork Linguica Sausage, cut into coins
- 1 Tbsp. ginger, finely chopped
- 2 Cloves garlic, minced
- 4 Cups fresh broccoli florets
- ¼ cup water
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. teriyaki or oyster sauce
- ½ Cashew halves, if desired
DIRECTIONS:
- In large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat.
- Add Ray’s Own Brand Pork Linguica Sausage, ginger and garlic. Stir-Fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Add the broccoli, water and teriyaki or oyster sauce; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until broccoli is crisp-tender.
- Serve over steamed rice.
- If desired, serve with cashews.
